Turkey Saltimbocca (week 2): If my picky 5-year old liked it, anybody will.
Panfried Tilapia with Lemon-Caper Sauce (week 3): Better than any restaurant dish we’ve had in a long, long time.
Easy Potato Gratin (week 4): Simple, gently flavored side dish.
